ISWC 2004 is officially over, and it was a great time for everyone
involved. This space will continue to be updated with new
information, such as slides, as we transition over the next year
into the ISWC 2005 site.
ISWC2005 will
be held in Osaka, Japan, in mid-October 2005.

ISWC 2004, the eighth annual IEEE International Symposium on Wearable
Computers, will bring together researchers, product vendors, fashion
designers, textile manufacturers, users, and all other interested parties
to share information and advances in wearable computing. We invite you to
attend ISWC 2004 and submit to one or more of the following categories:
papers, posters, demonstrations, tutorials, and exhibits.
ISWC 2004 will be held from October 31 through November 3 in
Arlington, VA (near Washington, D.C.). It will be co-located with the
Third IEEE and ACM International
Symposium on Mixed Reality and Augmented Reality (November 2 -
5) to bring together the wearable and MR/AR communities.

to the conference during registration hours (listed on the
program page).

Please note that
November 2 is Election Day! If
you will be attending ISWC/ISMAR, please arrange an absentee
ballot for your state. Some states will also allow "advance
voting" where you may cast your ballot the week before the
election.
