ISWC attendees can reserve hotel rooms by one of the following methods. Note: the special rate of $159 per night for the hotel has passed.

  1. Go to the Crowne Plaza Hotel web site
  2. On the left side of the home page you will see "RESERVE THIS HOTEL"
  3. Type in the arrival date, number of nights, number of adults/children and number of rooms
  4. Skip down to the area that says "Group Booking Code"
  5. Type in the booking code, which is "IEE"
  6. Click on Check Availability and you will be taken to the next screen
  7. Follow the instructions through the next screen and you will be able to confirm a reservation at the group rate

Important. Please reserve rooms using one of the above methods. Do not reserve rooms through an online service such as Expedia, a travel agent. If participants do not make reservations using the above methods, IEEE will not get credit for the reservations, and we will be charged a large amount for the use of the meeting rooms. We recognize that in spite of our best efforts, discounted travel agents may be able to save you a few dollars, but in this case, the "savings" will just be reflected in a larger portion of your conference registration fees going towards covering these "savings". Please support our efforts to keep conference costs low by booking using the above methods. Thank You.
