Please regard following timing information for your talk at ISWC:

• All authors need to contact their session chair 15 min before their session at the presentation desk / at the front of the session room.
• Authors of long papers have a maximum 20min for presenting their paper followed by 4min Q&A.
• Authors of notes (short papers) have a maximum 12min for presenting their paper followed by 3min Q&A.
• Authors of briefs (poster papers) have the opportunity for a 1min presentation during the minute madness.

Consider the given duration as a maximum. To maintain the schedule, you will be timed and in worst case cut off.

 

Minute Madness and Posters

Please send your PPT/PPTX-File to pcchairs2016@iswc.net no later than September 9.

Since we need to concatenate the files into a single presentation, we can only accept Powerpoint files (note, for notes and full papers you can use your own laptop).
If you have a video only please use a .mp4 container with H.264 and AAC encoding or a .wmv Format. Ideally, embed them into a PPT file.

For your poster you can use a Format up to A0.
