Please go to JTB Global Marketing & Travel web sites for registration. Before registering, please read the cancellation and registration transfer conditions, as well as the membership requirements for discounted rates, as stated in our Terms and Conditions section below.

All prices in Japanese Yen (JPY).

Early registration closes July 20th  
Remote registration closes August 24th  
Conference and workshops run September 7th-11th

 

Visa support letters

International registrants should be particularly aware and careful about visa requirements, and should plan travel well in advance. If you require a visa for entry into Japan, please send your request for a letter in support of a visa application to Registration Chair registrations2015@ubicomp.org. Use the subject line“Ubicomp 2015 Visa” and include your name (as it appears on your passport) and conference registration confirmation number.
Note that the registrants who need support of visa application will be charged fees for support of visa applications.

Please note that the ACM requires that you have registered for the conference and have a confirmation number before you can be issued with a letter of invitation to support your visa application.

Students

Student registration requires a proof of current student status. E.g. a copy of a signed letter from your institution or PhD advisor on University letter headed stationary, or a copy of a valid student ID, etc. Note that student registrants will be required to show these evidenced documents in registration desk at the venue.

 

Cancellations/Refund Policy

Cancellations are accepted until August 9, 2015. Refunds will be made in full less a 12,000 JPY cancellation fee (6,000JPY for workshop-only registrations or day passes). There will be no refunds issued after August 9, 2015.
