The UbiComp and ISWC 2019 Organizing Committees invite companies, foundations, institutions, and other entities to support the 2019 conference through financial sponsorship. Third party support is crucial for a successful organization of UbiComp and ISWC. Sponsor contributions will be openly and gratefully recognized by ensuring the presence of sponsors’ logo on conference printed and online material as well as by supporting sponsors’ presence during the conference. Bespoke Sponsorship
There are opportunities for bespoke sponsorships for more active sponsors who want to present their organisation or company in a particular way. For instance there can be sponsorships of drinks reception, lunch or dinner, the reception at the Natural History Museum in London, and other ways to be visible at Ubicomp and ISWC (e.g. banner). Please contact us with your idea if you are interested in bespoke sponsorship and we will discuss with you the feasibility and associated costs.
Opportunity Matching
This program supports our sponsors to establish direct connections with conference attendees for recruiting, seeking collaboration opportunities, and other kinds of interest matching.
Matching Procedure
- Sponsors will provide the abstract of their company or group and indicate their interests in opportunities (e.g., recruiting, research collaboration and/or others). We will make them available online.
- Conference attendees will see sponsors' profiles and send us their interests in which sponsors they want to meet as well as their profiles and contact information.
- We will provide profiles of attendees who have showed interests in meeting with each sponsor.
- Sponsors will be free to contact them and meet at the conference.
Industry Stand
We offer a dedicated space for sponsors and industry ambassadors to interact with attendees during the receptions. Two receptions will take place, one of them at the London Natural History Museum. Depending on the sponsorship level you may be present at only one or both receptions. We will provide a small standing table for each sponsor. You may use it for leaving your ads, playing slides/videos, and even showing a small demo.
