GUIDELINES FOR PRESENTING
YOUR WORK AT
UBICOMP/ISWC’22

For UbiComp Presentations

In-person: You may choose to attend in-person and present live in either Atlanta or Cambridge. We encourage the authors to choose a site that is geographically closer to minimize travel. However, all authors are free to choose either of the sites. The in-person presentations are expected to be 20 minutes long (we suggest 15-minute talk + 5-minute Q&A).

Virtual with live Q&A commitment: You will pre-record your talk, which will be shown during the allocated conference session, and you commit to participating in the live Q&A in that session. Note that to accommodate for the large number of presentations, we ask the authors to record 10-minute long videos for their talks. Q&A will be in the form of a panel discussion at the end of each presentation session, and we ask the authors to take part in this panel to discuss their work further.

If you cannot commit to participating in the live Q&A, your pre-recorded talk will be made available from the conference website but may not be streamed during the conference.
