The UbiComp and ISWC 2022 Organizing Committees invite companies, foundations, institutions, and other entities to support the 2022 conference through financial sponsorship. Third party support is crucial for a successful organization of UbiComp and ISWC. Sponsor contributions will be openly and gratefully recognized by ensuring the presence of sponsors’ logo on conference printed and online material as well as by supporting sponsors’ presence during the conference. Bespoke Sponsorship

There are opportunities for bespoke sponsorships for more active sponsors who want to present their organization or company in a particular way. For instance, there can be sponsorships of drinks reception, lunch or dinner, and other ways to be visible at Ubicomp and ISWC (e.g. banner). Please contact us with your idea if you are interested in bespoke sponsorship and we will discuss with you the feasibility and associated costs.
  1. Logo placement includes conference website, plenary introductions, and signage.
  2. Demo booth available throughout the conference.
  3. A priority is given to a higher sponsor level.
  4. Industry stands allow sponsors to distribute materials to attendees at one reception (gold sponsor) or both receptions (platinum sponsor).

 

INDUSTRY STAND

We offer a dedicated space for sponsors and industry ambassadors to interact with attendees during the receptions. Two receptions will take place, one of them in Cambridge, UK and the other in Atlanta, USA. Depending on the sponsorship level you may be present at only one or both receptions. We will provide a small standing table for each sponsor. You may use it for leaving your ads, playing slides/videos, and even showing a small demo.
