Student Travel Grant Applications

To encourage and support student attendance at UbiComp 2014 we have a student travel grant program. Students can apply to receive funding assistance with flight and/or hotel in the form of:

• Transportation Grants (Max $500 to students studying at North American institutions, Max $1000 to students studying outside North America)
• Hotel Grants (Max $400 total)

Students receiving grants will be required to provide receipts for reimbursement. Note that Ubicomp / ISWC is committed to being an accessible event, please see our Accessibility Statement.

Applications should be made using the online application form and will not be accepted after June 23, 11:59 PM PDT. Applicants will be notified on or before July 1st8th.
